The Purpose Of Our Courses
Our courses provide techniques and tactics for the management of aggressive behaviours as well as other challenging behaviours, when direct intervention by a Staff member or Customer service representative has become necessary to prevent actual harm to themselves, a customer, and or any other person or property. The process of direct intervention is referred to as the response stage.
